Based in Tampa, Florida, the company is led by Bill Murphy, who has over 20 years of experience selling and implementing web-based enterprise software solutions in both the public and private sectors, and over a decade working with election officials on election administration, voting systems, and training solutions at the state and local levels in the United States and across the world.

Murphy helped pioneer online training in elections, working with hundreds of jurisdictions across the United States and internationally to provide more accessible and effective training. After leading sales for two election technology startups to triple digit growth, the entrepreneurial itch became too overwhelming for him to resist and ElectSure Learning was born.
